কোস্টাল ক্রাফট – পণ্য ও অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত শর্তাবলি

1. Handmade Product Variation | হাতে তৈরি পণ্যের বৈচিত্র্য
All Coastal Craft products are handmade with care. Therefore, slight variations in texture, grain, shade, color, or finishing may occur compared to product photos. These natural variations are part of the uniqueness of handmade products. However, our quality and finishing standards will never be compromised.

কোস্টাল ক্রাফটের সকল পণ্য যত্নসহকারে হাতে তৈরি করা হয়। তাই ছবির তুলনায় পণ্যের টেক্সচার, কাঠের দাগ, রঙের শেড বা ফিনিশিংয়ে সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে। এটি হাতে তৈরি পণ্যের স্বাভাবিক বৈশিষ্ট্য। তবে পণ্যের মান ও ফিনিশিংয়ে কোনো আপস করা হবে না।

2. Production & Delivery Time | উৎপাদন ও ডেলিভারি সময়
Ready-made products will be dispatched as soon as possible. Products that are not currently in stock will require additional production time. As every product is made by us, the required production and delivery time will be confirmed at the time of order. Customers are kindly requested to allow sufficient time for production.

স্টকে থাকা Ready-made পণ্য যত দ্রুত সম্ভব পাঠানো হবে। স্টকে না থাকা পণ্যের জন্য উৎপাদন সময় প্রয়োজন হবে। যেহেতু সকল পণ্য আমাদের নিজস্বভাবে তৈরি করা হয়, তাই অর্ডারের সময় সম্ভাব্য উৎপাদন ও ডেলিভারি সময় জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে। অর্ডার করার পর পর্যাপ্ত সময় দেওয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

3. Advance Payment | অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট
To confirm an order and begin production, the following advance policy applies:

• Below BDT 1,000: No advance required.

• BDT 1,000–3,000: Minimum 1/3 advance required.

• Above BDT 3,000: Minimum 50% advance required.

The advance confirms the order and allows us to arrange materials and production accordingly.

অর্ডার নিশ্চিত ও উৎপাদন শুরু করার জন্য নিচের অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য:

• ১,০০০ টাকার কম: অগ্রিম প্রয়োজন নেই।

• ১,০০০–৩,০০০ টাকা: ন্যূনতম ১/৩ অগ্রিম।

• ৩,০০০ টাকার বেশি: ন্যূনতম ৫০% অগ্রিম।

অগ্রিম পেমেন্টের মাধ্যমে অর্ডারটি নিশ্চিত হয় এবং সেই অনুযায়ী কাঁচামাল ও উৎপাদনের ব্যবস্থা করা হয়।

4. Order Cancellation | অর্ডার বাতিল
Before production starts, cancellation or modification may be discussed where feasible. Once production has started or the product has been specially made for the confirmed order, the advance payment will be non-refundable if the customer cancels or refuses to receive the product.

উৎপাদন শুরুর আগে সম্ভব হলে অর্ডার বাতিল বা পরিবর্তনের বিষয়টি আলোচনা করা যেতে পারে। তবে উৎপাদন শুরু হওয়ার পর বা বিশেষভাবে অর্ডারের জন্য পণ্য তৈরি হয়ে গেলে ক্রেতা অর্ডার বাতিল করলে বা পণ্য গ্রহণে অস্বীকৃতি জানালে অগ্রিম অর্থ ফেরতযোগ্য হবে না।

5. Customization | কাস্টমাইজেশন
Any customization must be finalized and confirmed before production begins. Customized requirements may involve additional charges, which will be confirmed before production.

যেকোনো কাস্টমাইজেশন উৎপাদন শুরুর পূর্বেই চূড়ান্ত ও নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। কাস্টমাইজেশনের জন্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে, যা উৎপাদনের আগে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।

6. Delivery Charge | ডেলিভারি চার্জ

Note: Delivery charges may vary for exceptionally large, bulky, fragile, or special-handling products.

নোট: অতিরিক্ত বড়, ভারী, ভঙ্গুর বা বিশেষভাবে পরিবহনযোগ্য পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য বাজারদর অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

রিফান্ড ও পণ্য সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা
গ্রাহককে সঠিক ও মানসম্মত পণ্য দেওয়াই আমাদের অঙ্গীকার। নিচের ক্ষেত্রে যাচাই সাপেক্ষে Replacement, Repair অথবা Refund প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে:

• ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য ভাঙা বা গুরুতরভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অবস্থায় পাওয়া গেলে।
• পণ্য গুরুতর ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে এবং তা আমাদের উৎপাদনজনিত সমস্যা হিসেবে প্রমাণিত হলে।
• অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে পণ্য সরবরাহ করতে ব্যর্থ হলে, প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে প্রদত্ত অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

রিফান্ড/ক্লেইমের জন্য পণ্য গ্রহণের সময়কার পরিষ্কার ছবি, আনবক্সিং ভিডিও এবং প্রাসঙ্গিক প্রমাণ প্রদান করতে হবে। ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে প্যাকেজিংসহ সম্পূর্ণ অবস্থার ছবি/ভিডিও সংরক্ষণ করা অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

প্রমাণ যাচাই ও পরিস্থিতি পর্যালোচনার পর Coastal Craft-এর পক্ষ থেকে উপযুক্ত সমাধান নির্ধারণ করা হবে। শুধুমাত্র পছন্দ পরিবর্তন, ছবির সাথে সামান্য রঙ/টেক্সচারের পার্থক্য বা ব্যক্তিগত পছন্দের কারণে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

Refund & Product Issue Policy
Our priority is to deliver the correct and quality product. Depending on verification, Replacement, Repair, or Refund may be considered in the following situations:

• The product is received broken or significantly damaged during delivery.

• The product has a major manufacturing defect attributable to Coastal Craft.

• We fail to deliver a confirmed order from our side; where applicable, the amount paid will be refunded.
