রিফান্ড ও পণ্য ফেরত সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা

গ্রাহককে সঠিক ও মানসম্মত পণ্য দেওয়াই আমাদের অঙ্গীকার। নিচের ক্ষেত্রে যাচাই সাপেক্ষে Replacement, Repair অথবা Refund প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে:

  • ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য ভাঙা বা গুরুতরভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অবস্থায় পাওয়া গেলে।
  • পণ্য গুরুতর ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে এবং তা আমাদের উৎপাদনজনিত সমস্যা হিসেবে প্রমাণিত হলে।
  • অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে পণ্য সরবরাহ করতে ব্যর্থ হলে, প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে প্রদত্ত অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

রিফান্ড/ক্লেইমের জন্য পণ্য গ্রহণের সময়কার পরিষ্কার ছবি, আনবক্সিং ভিডিও এবং প্রাসঙ্গিক প্রমাণ প্রদান করতে হবে। ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে প্যাকেজিংসহ সম্পূর্ণ অবস্থার ছবি/ভিডিও সংরক্ষণ করা অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

প্রমাণ যাচাই ও পরিস্থিতি পর্যালোচনার পর Coastal Craft-এর পক্ষ থেকে উপযুক্ত সমাধান নির্ধারণ করা হবে। শুধুমাত্র পছন্দ পরিবর্তন, ছবির সাথে সামান্য রঙ/টেক্সচারের পার্থক্য বা ব্যক্তিগত পছন্দের কারণে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

 

অর্ডার বাতিল

উৎপাদন শুরুর আগে সম্ভব হলে অর্ডার বাতিল বা পরিবর্তনের বিষয়টি আলোচনা করা যেতে পারে।
তবে উৎপাদন শুরু হওয়ার পর অথবা অর্ডার অনুযায়ী পণ্য তৈরি হয়ে গেলে, ক্রেতা অর্ডার বাতিল করলে বা পণ্য গ্রহণে অস্বীকৃতি জানালে প্রদত্ত অগ্রিম অর্থ ফেরতযোগ্য হবে না।

 

 

Refund & Product Return Issue Policy

Our priority is to deliver the correct and quality product. Depending on verification, Replacement, Repair, or Refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • The product is received broken or significantly damaged during delivery.
  • The product has a major manufacturing defect attributable to Coastal Craft.
  • We fail to deliver a confirmed order from our side; where applicable, the amount paid will be refunded.

For any claim, customers must provide clear photographs, an unboxing video, and relevant supporting evidence showing the condition of the product upon receipt. For damaged items, please retain the original packaging until the issue is reviewed.

After reviewing the evidence and circumstances, Coastal Craft will determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds will generally not apply to change of mind, minor natural variations in handmade texture/color, or personal preference, provided the product meets the agreed quality and order specifications.

 

Order Cancellation

Before production begins, cancellation or modification may be discussed where feasible. However, once production has started or the product has been specially prepared according to the confirmed order, the advance payment will be non-refundable if the customer cancels the order or refuses to receive the product.
