🌿 কোস্টাল ক্রাফট – পণ্য ও অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত শর্তাবলি

১. হাতে তৈরি পণ্যের বৈশিষ্ট্য
কোস্টাল ক্রাফটের সকল পণ্য যত্নসহকারে হাতে তৈরি করা হয়। তাই ছবির তুলনায় পণ্যের টেক্সচার, কাঠের দাগ, রঙের শেড বা ফিনিশিংয়ে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে। এটি হাতে তৈরি পণ্যের স্বাভাবিক বৈশিষ্ট্য। তবে পণ্যের মান, স্থায়িত্ব ও ফিনিশিংয়ে কোনো আপস করা হবে না।

২. উৎপাদন ও ডেলিভারি সময়
স্টকে থাকা Ready-made পণ্য যত দ্রুত সম্ভব ডেলিভারি করা হবে। স্টকে না থাকা পণ্যের জন্য উৎপাদন সময় প্রয়োজন হবে। যেহেতু সকল পণ্য আমাদের নিজস্বভাবে তৈরি করা হয়, তাই অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার সময় সম্ভাব্য উৎপাদন ও ডেলিভারি সময় জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে। অনুগ্রহ করে অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে প্রয়োজনীয় সময় বিবেচনা করবেন।

৩. অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত ও উৎপাদন শুরু করার জন্য নিচের অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য:

  • ১,০০০ টাকার কম: অগ্রিম প্রয়োজন নেই।

  • ১,০০০–৩,০০০ টাকা: ন্যূনতম ১/৩ অগ্রিম।

  • ৩,০০০ টাকার বেশি: ন্যূনতম ৫০% অগ্রিম।

অগ্রিম পেমেন্টের মাধ্যমে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হয় এবং প্রয়োজনীয় কাঁচামাল ও উৎপাদনের ব্যবস্থা করা হয়।

৪. অর্ডার বাতিল
উৎপাদন শুরুর আগে সম্ভব হলে অর্ডার বাতিল বা পরিবর্তনের বিষয়টি আলোচনা করা যেতে পারে। তবে উৎপাদন শুরু হওয়ার পর অথবা অর্ডার অনুযায়ী পণ্য তৈরি হয়ে গেলে, ক্রেতা অর্ডার বাতিল করলে বা পণ্য গ্রহণে অস্বীকৃতি জানালে প্রদত্ত অগ্রিম অর্থ ফেরতযোগ্য হবে না।

৫. কাস্টমাইজেশন
যেকোনো কাস্টমাইজেশন উৎপাদন শুরুর পূর্বেই চূড়ান্ত ও নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। কাস্টমাইজেশনের জন্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে, যা উৎপাদনের আগে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।

নোট: অতিরিক্ত বড়, ভারী, ভঙ্গুর বা বিশেষভাবে পরিবহনযোগ্য পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য বাজারদর অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

🌿 Coastal Craft – Product & Order Policy

1. Handmade Product Characteristics
All Coastal Craft products are carefully handmade. Therefore, slight variations in texture, natural grain, shade, color, or finishing may occur compared to product photos. These are natural characteristics of handmade products. However, our quality, durability, and finishing standards will never be compromised.

2. Production & Delivery Time
Ready-made products will be dispatched as soon as possible. Products that are not currently in stock will require additional production time. As all products are made by us, the estimated production and delivery time will be confirmed when the order is placed. Customers are kindly requested to allow sufficient time for production.

3. Advance Payment
To confirm an order and begin production, the following advance payment policy applies:

  • Below BDT 1,000: No advance required.

  • BDT 1,000–3,000: Minimum 1/3 advance required.

  • Above BDT 3,000: Minimum 50% advance required.

The advance confirms the order and enables us to arrange the required materials and production accordingly.

4. Order Cancellation
Before production begins, cancellation or modification may be discussed where feasible. However, once production has started or the product has been specially prepared according to the confirmed order, the advance payment will be non-refundable if the customer cancels the order or refuses to receive the product.

5. Customization
Any customization must be finalized and confirmed before production begins. Additional charges may apply for customized requirements and will be confirmed before production.
